International Business This half year course will allow students to explore the rewards and challenges of the global economy and how they can succeed as future mangers. Topics will include global entrepreneurship, international finance, trade relations, export, import, and global marketing. Students will learn how businesses function in a cultural that is different from the U.S. Case studies of real Multinational Corporations such as Disney, Nike, and Esprit, as well as Internet research and country profiles will be used. This is an elective course and cannot be used to meet the graduation requirement in social studies. |
